No — it's one flat price for the whole setting, whatever your size. Most nursery platforms charge per child per month; we don't.
Does it check EYFS staffing ratios?
Yes. As you build the rota and assign staff to rooms it checks ratios and coverage live, including qualification mix, and is aware of the England, Wales and Scotland frameworks.
Can it handle multiple rooms and a larger team?
Yes — rooms, room-by-room ratios, full staff rotas and the Single Central Record are all built for multi-room settings and bigger teams.
Does it help with kitchen and food-safety records?
Yes — there's a dedicated kitchen app: food-stock inventory with low-stock alerts, allergen-aware menu planning that cross-checks every child's allergies, and the fridge/freezer temperature, cleaning and opening/closing records an EHO inspection looks for. You can give your cook their own kitchen-only login.
We share one tablet between all our staff — does that work?
Yes, and without a shared login. A manager sets the tablet up once as a shared device; after that it shows the staff list, and each person unlocks it with their own PIN. Everything they record is filed under their name, the tablet locks itself after a few minutes idle, and settings, staff records and invoices stay behind the manager's own login. If Ofsted or a parent asks who wrote a record, the answer is always a named person.
